Family Farm Lobster (biz) signage

Not far from us, as one heads out to the coast  on route 77 south there's a
wonderful farm  that  is more a traditional Maine family business than a spiffy store
We Picked Strawberries there last week, it's off the highway onto a dirt road
that almost looks grown over, you wouldn't know it's there except for the faded
hand painted on funky weather worn plywood signs hawking
Corn, Strawberries, Peas and of course  the Lobster.

OH yes and they do get tourists who left what little brains they have @ home
asking if they actually attack, "Are my kids safe?"  "How come?"
" You mean like a pitbull ?"

Yeah Like a pit bull with claws!

Posterous premier Catalpa post

The  Catalpa blossoms are starting to fall just this past week

another benchmark of early summer (here in Maine) .

These are just plain solo blossoms

that rain down to earth in

the light breezes.
